There are the dunes and the grasses and the top of the North Light.  There are the seagulls, positioned for once, into an elegant formation.  I was walking from the Dump Road to North Light on the west side of the island.  I highly recommend this particular beach, both for solitude and for sea glass.  But never, never go into the water as you get anywhere near the point and don't let your dog go in either.  There are powerful currents that will sweep you or your dog, or both, right off the island.  And don't go here in the spring and well into the summer, because the seagulls will do whatever they find necessary to keep you away from their nesting areas.
